We are kicking off 2016 with dates and information about the AX Official Hotel Block and when Premier Fan badges will be available again~!
Premier Fan Badges WILL BE AVAILABLE again!
For anyone who missed out on getting a Premier Fan badge during Black Friday Weekend, Premier Fan Badges will be available for sale again for $375 each (plus Eventbrite fees) for a limited period of time from January 15 at 9AM PST through January 31 at 11:59PM PST, or until they sell out.

For anyone who already has a 4-day badge and wants to get a Premier Fan badge, you have the following two options:
- Get a refund for your 4-day badge by sending both your 4-day badge AND Premier Fan order #’s to registration@anime-expo.org
- Transfer your 4-day badge to AX 2017 by sending a request with your 4-day badge order # to registration@anime-expo.org
Hotel Block Dates
This year, the AX Official Hotel Block will be separated for the following groups: Exhibitor, Premier Fan, and General Attendee. Rates and cancellation policies will be the same for the entire AX Official Hotel Block. Please see the table below to find out when each block will be available:

The following rate information is only for a select number of the hotels that are part of the official block. The pricing below is provided for planning purposes only and does not account for taxes, upgrades, or any other additional fees that may apply. More detailed information about each hotel’s policies and amenities will be available on the Passkey website. The AX website will be updated with rate information for other hotels as soon as it is available.

Premier Fan Hotel Block Policy
New for 2016, the Premier Fan Hotel Block is reserved strictly for Premier Fans and is not part of the general attendee housing block. This block will consist of the following five hotels: Courtyard Marriott, JW Marriott, Luxe Hotel, Residence Inn, Ritz Carlton, and Westin Bonaventure.
The earlier Premier Fans contact Par Avion or complete a hotel reservations through the Passkey website to reserve a room, the more likely it is that a top choice hotel will be reserved.
Premier Fans who are registered for AX 2016 will receive an email prior to the block opening day/time with the link for hotel reservations, along with an access code.
[IMPORTANT] Please note the following Premier Fan Hotel Block Policy:
- A valid Premier Fan Order # from Anime Expo 2016 is required to book a room in the Premier Fan Hotel Block.
- Each Premier Fan can only reserve one room total.
- Anyone found to have multiple rooms in his/her name or listed under his/her order # will have the extra room(s) cancelled. However, the first hotel reservation made by a Premier Fan with multiple rooms will not be canceled.
- Only Premier Fans can book rooms in the Premier Fan Hotel Block.
- Non-Premier Fans who attempt to reserve a room in the Premier Fan Hotel Block will have his/her reservation(s) cancelled.
- All Premier Fan rooms are self-pay and require a credit card to make the reservation..
- Premier Fan Hotel Block will be available until March 31, 2016, or until it sells out.
- After this date, any remaining rooms in the block will be released to general attendees.
- Cancellation Policy: Each hotel has a different deadline for when you can request a cancellation of your reservation without incurring any charges or penalties. Please refer to the Hotel Booking Policies page for more information.
