Mai Yoneyama and SUSHIO of Studio TRIGGER are joining Anime Expo 2016!

Mai Yoneyama is a talented animator who has participated in many popular animation titles. She debuted as a GAINAX animator for Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. After joining the creative team of Studio TRIGGER, Yoneyama was involved in various exciting titles such as Black☆Rock Shooter, Sword Art Online, KILL la KILL as an animation director. Currently, she is the character designer and lead animation director for Kiznaiver.

Aside as an animator, Yoneyama is also known for her illustrations such as Racing Miku 2016.

Previously staff of Studio GAINAX, SUSHIO is a acclaimed Japanese animator taking part in numerous popular anime titles such as Diebuster, GURREN LAGANN, Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt, and One Piece Movie: Baron Omatsuri And The Secret Island . With the establishment of TRIGGER, SUSHIO joined the crew as character designer for their first television series KILL la KILL. SUSHIO continues to contribute to TRIGGER’s latest title, Kiznaiver, as the project’s lead animator.
