Creating delicious meals inspired by anime is what I want to teach as many people as possible! I have been inspired by Anime so much over my life and career and this is my way to give back in the most flashy way possible.
Paul Karyakos, or CHEFPK, has been cooking up a storm most of his life. There is only one thing that came before cooking and that was anime. Paul grew up watching Pokemon and Dragon Ball Z on TV with dreams of catching them all and going Super Saiyan. Eventually he started culinary school at the Art Institute of San Diego for a culinary arts degree, began working in hotels after graduation and continued to work in restaurants and hotels for over 15 years. Now, he creates epic food from all of the anime we know and love to share those experiences with everyone he can. Remember, everyone can cook and there are no rules.
