The Premier Fan Hotel Block is reserved strictly for Premier Fans and is not part of the general attendee housing block. This block grants priority access to book hotel rooms for Anime Expo 2022 but does not guarantee availability.

Premier Fans who are registered for AX 2022 will receive an email prior to the block opening day/time with the link for hotel reservations and information on how to book your hotel.

In addition to the general Hotel Booking Policies which apply to all individuals reserving rooms within the Anime Expo Official Hotel Block, the following also apply specifically to Premier Fans:

Reservation Policies:

• All Premier Fan hotel reservations require a ShowClix Order Number and legal name as shown on your ShowClix Registration. 
  • If the information does not match, your reservation will not be validated. An email notification will be sent out and you will have two (2) business days to resolve the issue with ConferenceDirect. A lack of response or correction will result in a cancellation of your reservation.
• Each Premier Fan is allowed to book only one (1) room under his/her name in the Premier Fan Hotel Block. Anyone found to have multiple rooms under his/her name will have all but the first reservation canceled without prior notice.
• Non-Premier Fan participants are welcome to stay in your room.
• The Premier Fan Hotel Block is held until February 28^th, 2022 at 11:59pm PST or until all rooms sell out. After February 28^th, 2022 , any unused rooms in this block will be released to general sale and new reservations will be based upon availability.
• Reservations may be modified online until June 8^th, 2022. After June 8^th, 2022, changes must be made with the hotel directly.

Premier Fan Hotel Reservations Paid by a Non-Premier Fan

If a hotel reservation under your name will be paid by someone other than yourself, a Credit Card Authorization form must be filled out and provided to the hotel prior to your arrival. To request the Credit Card Authorization Form, please reach out to ConferenceDirect at axhousing@conferencedirect.com.

Second Chance to Book

If you are not able to secure a hotel reservation, you have a second chance to book a room in the General Attendee Hotel Block, starting February 22^nd, 2022 at 12:00PM PST.
